REFUND
We refund your money within 24 hours when a contest is cancelled. This happens only if the match is called off or the contest does not gather the required number of contestants. A match can be called off without a ball bowled or sometimes even after the start of play due to rain, dangerous pitch, among other reasons.
If you are not fully satisfied with any deposit/purchase made or fee paid and feel there is an 'Error’ in the transaction, please let us know about that within 3 days of the transaction date—we shall certainly review the transaction and determine the resolution, if necessary, at our discretion.
PAYMENT
Once a User registers with pass11 we maintain a pass11 account/wallet for the User to keep a record of all transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Contests have to be made through a User’s pass11 account/wallet. All deposit, winnings, discounts, cashbacks in relation to a User are credited in the pass11 account/wallet. The underlying bank accounts are escrow accounts operated by a third party/ Trustee/ Escrow Agent appointed by pass11 in accordance with Clause 8.of these Terms & Conditions. From these bank accounts, the payouts can be made to Users (towards their withdrawals). pass11 (towards its platform fee including GST) and to Government, Pass11 receives only its share of the platform fees through the said third party/trustee.
Pass11 forbids Users from joining any game rooms after a match related to the game room (identified by the Series) has begun.
